Welcome to the Student Chapter of the American Meteorological Society & National Weather Association! We are a funded group open to all majors. Our group helps provide an understanding of weather and its phenomenon not just to meteorology majors, but to any students interested in learning about the weather. Aside from our weekly meetings, we also hold many events and trips throughout the school year to help all members learn more about the exciting field of meteorology. We also run the on campus weather service, Keancast. Through our website, radio broadcasts, and video forecasts, we help provide a detailed weather forecast to the Kean University community. Go Cougars!
