Moisture Conversion Calculations I
-
Dew Point Temperature, Vapor Pressure and Mixing Ratio mean
the same thing. They are used to describe actual amount of water vapor
in the atmosphere (wet vs dry). You can only input one of these variables.
-
Temperature, Saturation Vapor Pressure and Saturation Mixing Ratio
mean the same thing. They are used to describe the maximum amount of water
vapor (or capacity) for any given temperature (low temperature vs high
tempreature). You can only input one of these variables.
-
Dew Point Temperature, Temperature and Relative Humidity are related. Given
any 2 of these variables, the third variable can be calculated.
